Turn your current space into a Smart Gallery in no time!

Capture visitor data like never before.

Gain insights on last-yard audience metrics using an Operating System for your Gallery.

Provide Artists with their individualized visitor report.

Know which artwork is the most popular in your Gallery by capturing anonymous visitor count, visit duration, number of impressions per visitor, audience range and reach (how close they got to the work) and more!

It is easy to use, just set the camera depth at the distance you want to detect visits and let ART/2 OS create detailed visitor logs automatically

Use it confidently as ART/2 OS not only complies but goes beyond meeting privacy standards around the world. **

ART/2 OS is built with Privacy in mind and that means it is a device-centric app. It keeps all its data on your device and nowhere else. No audio or video nor biometric data is ever stored at any time

** The app only saves anonymous, generic presence data to your device and it does not connect to back-end systems of any kind
ART/2 OS only knows the universal shape of a face, so it just looks for those generic features, anonymously. If there is presence, it will add to your gallery report

We have no access to your data. If you need to back up your data, please use services like iCloud

IMPRESSIONS
Impressions are captured anonymously for as long as the visitor keeps looking in that direction. Every time the visitor looks back at the wall it will count as a new impression.

REPORTS
- Visit Number:
This is the ordinal number of visits or impressions detected since start. If you close the app or exit the Test/Run Modes it will begin counting again next time.
- Start Date/Time:
A date/time stamp that indicates the moment a face was first detected.
- End Date/Time:
A date/time stamp that indicates the moment the face stopped being detected.
- Duration:
The length of time recorded for a particular Impression.
- Range:
The distance at where the face was first detected for that impression.
- Reach:
The closest distance reached by the visitor for that impression.
- Wide/Narrow:
In Wide mode, for large wall installations. Narrow mode for single artworks
- Test/Run:
Cleaner UI Intended to be put on a gallery or showroom wall
- Camera Depth:
This logs at what distance the camera was set to track impressions.
- Location optional setting (Enter it in Gallery Settings)

Once you have placed the phone on a wall or other mounting equipment:
- To start capturing gallery metrics tap on the Start switch. You can then select the desired camera depth at where you want to start detecting faces.

- Both Test and Run modes provide a visual indicator for each impression detected. You can use this to ensure detection is working for your gallery.
- Alternatively, you can run test detection using headphones.
- Narrow/Wide Mode: It is recommended that the phone be on a steady location before turning Narrow on. If you don’t see the results of the narrow, just keep the phone steady on the wall and toggle the start/pause button to restart metrics. It should stabilize quickly after that.
-Take a picture of the artwork or at the gallery space to be covered. This image will appear at the top of your screen and also in the Gallery Report (PDF)
- Tapping on the View Logs Button allows you to select a date range and easily Save the logs to your device or share them with colleagues.
- Tap on Create Report and the PDF will be saved to your Files on the device. You can share it also.

For more advanced charting you can use the raw logs (filtered logs.csv and log_summary.txt to create your own charts. Tools like ChatGPT and MS-Copilot for Office should make this task easier too.
- You can also use Excel with CoPilot to combine metrics from multiple devices (like one on each wall) to get more sophisticated reports.
